DESCRIPTION:Two Years After Hurricane Maria: A reflection by Wheaton students who have seen its impacts firsthand. \nIn the summer of 2019\, Wheaton students were supported by a Mellon Foundation Grant to travel throughout Puerto Rico and learn about gender violence and reconstruction post hurricane Maria. Come to see and hear about the work of students in the course Disaster and Reconstruction led by Professor M.Gabriela Torres and Dean Raquel Ramos on the two year anniversary of Hurricane Maria’s landfall in Puerto Rico.
