DESCRIPTION:Book\, Music & Lyrics by Jonathan Larson\, directed by Stephanie Burlington Daniels \n\nPremiering on Broadway in 1996\, RENT garnered international acclaim and won several awards\, including The Pulitzer Prize for Drama and The Tony Award for Best Musical\, and is based loosely on Puccini’s La Boheme. The play follows a year in the life of a group of impoverished young artists and musicians struggling to survive and create in New York’s Lower East Side\, under the shadow of HIV/AIDS.  \nTickets may be purchased online via the Watson Box Office\n$15 general\, $10 seniors/faculty/staff\, $5 students \n\nNovember 18th Talkback\nThe November 18th performance of RENT will be followed by a talkback session entitled:\nThe Intersectionality of Identities: RENT and Our Wheaton Community with Luis F.
