DESCRIPTION:ABOUT HOPe \nEstablished in 2003\, House of Possibilities (HOPe) provides disability services to over 300 children and adults annually from over 60 communities across Massachusetts. We are committed to providing children and adults with disabilities and their families with a life-changing path to greater independence. Hope is based out of a home-like facility in Easton\, MA on the Stonehill College campus\, and has an embedded site at Jewish Vocational Services (JVS) Economic Opportunity Center located at 75 Federal Street in Boston. HOPe and JVS have partnered to provide a cutting-edge Career & Community Access Program to young adults transitioning out of high school and on a pathway to employment \nHOPe is looking to hire a Member Support Professional and a Coaching and College Navigation Manager.
