Becky provides direction for the day to day operations of Conference & Event Services and its revenue-generating business. She is responsible for developing and implementing plans to market the College facilities, coordinating support from partnering departments and the creation of processes and procedures for managing space and event support requests. Administrative Assistant/Campus Scheduler
Gina provides administrative support to Conference & Event Services and serves as the Campus Scheduler, processing all room reservations and event service requests. Gina is also responsible for the distribution of service requests to service-providing departments for events she offers logistical support to other large, on campus events.
