Flu season is upon us.  Now is the time to take good care of yourself and others.

On-campus flu shot clinics have ended.  If you would like to receive a flu shot, please visit your nearest Walgreens Pharmacy.  Bring you insurance card and ID.  You must be 18 tears of age or older.  No appointment necessary.  All vaccines, including the flu shot, are available on a walk-in basis.

Present your health insurance card and Walgreens will bill your insurance directly – no out of pocket cost.

Tips on avoiding the flu and other illnesses:
  • Get a flu shot now. Contact your primary care physician, local board of health,
    Norton Medical Center (508-286-5400) or Walgreens in Norton (508-285-4961).
  • Wash or sanitize your hands frequently.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
  • Avoid close contact with others who are sick.
  • Clean things that are touched often (keyboards, phones).
Simple ways to reduce the spread of the flu and other illnesses:
  • Stay home to recover if you’re sick and avoid exposing others.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or cough and sneeze
    into your sleeve.
  • Wash or sanitize your hands frequently.
