Registration and Fees
Why should I register? Who should I register?
All alumni should register themselves and any guests for Reunion to ensure housing accommodations and meals. To guarantee a spot, please register by May 3.
How much does Reunion cost?
The per-adult fee varies by class. Fees help cover the costs of Reunion expenses such as food, beverages, and rented tables, chairs, and tents. Please note every registration fee is already subsidized by the college.
What is the age that determines if my child is considered a youth or an adult?
Children (ages 3 and younger) are free when accompanying the alumna/us to reunion activities and meals. Children (ages 4-16) should be registered as a YOUTH and have nominal fees to attend meals. They also will have access to register for supervised childcare.
Can I attend for a part of the weekend?
Yes. There are many different pricing packages. Packages and rates.
Is there a registration deadline?
Yes, May 3, 2019. This is a hard deadline as we need meal counts and dorm selection for classes.
Can I come if I didn’t pre-register?
Yes! Please note ALL returning alumni are welcome and strongly encouraged to register in advance. Meals and housing have limited capacities and sell out quickly. We cannot guarantee the availability for these if you do not pre-register.
Can I come if I am not in a Reunion year?
Yes, alumni who are not in a Reunion class but who would like to attend are welcome to join. When registering, select the Non-Reunion Registration Type.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds can only be requested on or before the registration deadline (May 3, 2019) or in extreme emergency situations. Approved refund checks or credit reversal will be mailed after Reunion weekend. Please contact the Alumni office at 508-286-8207 if you have any questions.
Do I have to register ahead for meals?
Yes! To be guaranteed meals, you should register in advance. Saturday lunch and Saturday night class dinners tend to sell out.
I have dietary restrictions or an allergy, is Wheaton able to accommodate my needs?
Yes, when you register, please indicate in the dietary section what accommodations you need. If you have questions, please call the Alumni office at 508-286-8207.
Is on-campus housing available?

*In order to receive housing on Friday or Saturday, you must be registered for a meal
*Dorms are available Friday and Saturday night only. There is no opportunity to stay on Campus until Monday
Where will I be housed?
Each class will be assigned to the same dorm. Please note these are modest dorm room accommodations. Shared co-ed bathrooms are located in each hallway. We will provide sheets, pillows, towels, a blanket and a bar of soap. **Please bring any “extra comforts” from home such as a fan, alarm clock, flip flops for the shower, as well as an extra pillow, blanket and towel.**
Can I choose my roommate(s)?
Yes, there is space for you on the registration to put a roommate, we recommend that you have your roommate request you on their registration as well. You may also request to be near other friends as you will not all fit in one room.
**If you wish to be assigned to a room close to a particular classmate/s, you and the other members of your group must make a request at the time you register. We will do our best to accommodate these requests on a first-come, first served basis
** Single Room Requests: Please call the Alumni Relations office to make this request. An additional housing fee, per person, per night, will be applied to guarantee a single room.
