With its accelerated time frame, exciting course options and relaxed atmosphere, Summer Session at Wheaton may be the perfect way for you to earn credit toward graduation. Summer offerings include courses that satisfy foundation requirements as well as completely new—and completely unique—classes.
No matter the choice, each four-week course provides the type of intense, intellectual experience that comes from focusing on one subject (or possibly two) in a concentrated period. And each class counts as a full credit, just like our fall and spring offerings.
Summer Session is open to all Wheaton students as well as to others who would like to earn undergraduate credit over the summer. Online course registration will be open for Wheaton students beginning in late March.
Please note: Special tuition programs, such as the college’s SACHEM affiliation, do not apply to the Summer Session offerings.
If you want on-campus housing during Summer Session, you will need to complete a separate housing form, which should be returned to the Office of Residential Life. Summer session students who are not enrolled full-time at Wheaton must demonstrate compliance with immunization requirements.
