What was the best concert you have ever attended?
I went to the annual “Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival” in San Francisco several times. It was always a special weekend of live music and more!
What is your favorite meal or dish to prepare?
Just about anything on the grill; lots of fresh seafood lately
What was the most memorable news story in your lifetime?
I guess the easy answer is the 9/11 terrorist attacks, but I will always remember the Iran hostages. The country was fixed on them for over a year, the year after I graduated from college.
What are a few of your favorite weekend activities?
I am an avid road cyclist, so love working a bike ride into the weekend whenever possible. My wife and I also enjoy the beach and getting together with good friends (preferably outdoors) around any activity.
What is your favorite sport or game to play/watch?
I can’t play baseball any longer, but it still is my favorite sport to watch. I have been an enthusiastic, if inconsistent, golfer since the age of 10.
If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be, and why?
Mark Twain – I am quite sure he would make me laugh, and he lived through some amazing times.
