International Travel

Faculty and Staff Traveling Internationally on Wheaton College Business must:

• Ensure their travel is in compliance with the Wheaton College
  Travel Advisory Policy
  Level 2 waiver faculty and staff (pdf);
  Travel Waiver for Levels 3-4 (pdf)
• Familiarize yourself with Wheaton’s Travel Services where you can book your travel through Wheaton’s partner travel agencies.
• Contact Global Education to enroll in our International Health Insurance Policy
• Contact Kim Lavallee to register travel with the college. Trip registration will enable the College to better assist you and/or your group if travel conditions change or there is a local or regional threat or disturbance
• Sign up for the U.S. State Department’s Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP)
• Consult Wheaton’s Travel and Business Expense Policy (pdf)
