wheaton-to-the-world-1Wheaton to the World, sponsored by The Gertrude Adams Professional Development Program

This 5-part career development series teaches graduating seniors how to present themselves in a professional manner to future employers, graduate school admissions officers and a growing network of contacts.

Held on Friday, March 24, 2017, this event offers a wide range of workshops and discussions, including:

  • How to Tell your Story
  • Dress for Success – Any Work Environment
  • Taking Care of Business – “Managing” Life after Wheaton
  • Networking Reception with Wheaton alumni and local employers. This event is limited to the first 100 seniors who register on WheatonWorks. Please call (508) 286-8215 with questions or email gavigan_lisa@wheatoncollege.edu

Alums:Stop in on your way home from work – have a bite to eat, enjoy a refreshment(sushi, beer and wine included)and chat it up with a senior. Remember how important it was for you as a student to connect with alums? Now it’s your chance to offer words of wisdom. You’ll be able to re-connect and network with other alum participants and if your organization is hiring, engage in some preliminary recruiting.
