Job Advertisement Form

Student Financial Services publishes an on-line job list throughout the academic/nonacademic year. Supervisors are required to post all available positions by submitting the on-line Job Advertisement Form to the Student Employment staff. Once the position is filled, departments are required to notify the Associate Director of Student Employment so that the position can be removed from the list.  Posting all available positions on-line creates a more fair job market for our students.

Students are responsible for finding an on-campus job. They are encouraged to view advertised openings and then go directly to departments to apply for the positions.  They are encouraged also to attend the fall Job Fair.  We greatly appreciate the availability of faculty and staff members to students during this important process. The Associate Director of Student Employment is available to assist students who are unable to locate employment.
