Welcome to the Student Employment Program
The student employment program at Wheaton offers students the opportunity to work to help defray college expenses and provides assistance to departments in running their day-to-day operations. Student Financial Services promotes a student-supervisor relationship that is mutually beneficial and productive.
In collaboration with the Filene Center, the Student Employment staff is available to assist students with their job search both on and off campus. We look forward to working with you.
Finding a campus job
Visit departments. Search online job listings posting the week of August 28. Attend the annual Job Fair.
Fill out the Request for Hire/Work Authorization Form with your new supervisor. Sign confidentiality statement.

Completing the paperwork
Bring RWAF to Student Financial Services. Complete I-9 and W-4 forms. Bring documentation. Get direct deposit form.
Signing up for Direct Deposit
Go to Payroll Office. Submit direct deposit form.
Work-study awards and earnings limits.
Filling out your time sheet
Time sheets on insideWheaton. Time sheet deadlines.
Payroll calendar. Pay checks directly deposited in your account.
