Backing Up Documents
Backing up your documents should become routine. You can save to a USB Portable Drive, DVD or CD. You are also provided with storage called File Services on NetSpace, this is an ideal space to save your documents.
USB Portable Storage
You might want to consider purchasing a USB portable storage drive for your computer. This is a drive which plugs into any USB port (PC or MAC) to which you can download information as back up or for presentations in a class.
