With the rapid emergence of digitized texts and entire corpora, scholars face the significant need for interdisciplinary collaborations between computer science and the humanities. The "Digital Humanities" is the new umbrella term for this growing field. This WRP proposal seeks to hire a programmer to implement online text processing tools and/or run text mining experiments that attempt to cluster and classify large groups of Old English and medieval Latin texts.
