  In Kenneth Prestininzi's one-woman play, Stephanie Burlington Daniels, associate professor of theatre, plays “mad” academic Mary Shelley-Breath, who creates a new monster out of familiar fears pricked by feminism, Frankenstein and a young bride's wedding anxieties.

  Written and performed by guest artist Steve Kidd, a resident equity actor and education director at the Gamm Theatre in Pawtucket, R.I. Sigh/Omelas, a drama inspired by his work at AmeriKids, earned Kidd a Lewis Hine Award in 2008 for dedicated service to children in need.
