Why:

To upgrade Equitrac our print management software

When:

Tuesday, July 8th from 4:30pm to 8:30pm

Details:

In our continuing effort to improve LIS services, we will be upgrading the Equitrac software which manages printing, copying, faxing and scanning across campus. From 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Tuesday July 8th these services will be unavailable while we do the upgrade.

Some college-owned computers with the Equitrac client currently installed on them will not be able to print until Tech Support visits you the next day to install the updated Equitrac client software. If you are prompted for your username and password on your computer when you print a document then you have the Equitrac client installed on it.

If on Wednesday morning, July 9th, you cannot print to the MFPs please contact the LIS Technical Support staff at 508.286.3900 or support@wheatoncollege.edu to schedule a time for your upgrade,
