Planned Power Outage 5/31/13

What: Reminder of planned power outage
Why: What you should do to prepare for it
When: Friday May 31st

Details: In anticipation of the planned power outage scheduled for Saturday, June 1st - Sunday, June 2nd, here are some things that you should do before leaving your work area on Friday May 31st. All campus networks and computer systems will be down during the outage. Email and calendar services, hosted by Google, will not be affected.

Be sure to log out of all your computers and shut them down. Any printers in your area should also be powered off. If there is an Konica Minolta MFP printer/copier in your area be sure to power them down as well. The power switch is located behind the door located on the front of most MFPs or call Campus Mail and Office Services at x3825 if you have questions or need directions.

Upon return to work on Monday be sure to restart all your computers, printers , and MFPs. If there is a problem please call x3900 as soon as possible so we can assist in getting you up and running again.
