What: Regarding the campus power outage on December 28th
Why: Keeping your equipment safe before and after a power outage
When: On your last day of work before December 28th
Details: LIS would like to offer a suggestion to keep your computers, printers, and Konica Minolta MFPs safe before and after the planned power outage. Don't take chances with your data and your equipment… turn them off before leaving.
As you know there will be a campus power outage on December 28th. On your last day of work before December 28th please be sure to turn off your computer, printer, or MFP in your area. Taking this step before the power outage occurs will ensure your equipment's safety when the power is turned back on. If there are other computers, printers, or MFPs in your area that are on- please turn them off as well.
When returning to work after December 28th remember to turn this equipment on.
