Tip of the Month: Adjust app permissions on Facebook

If you've ever blindly accepted an app's Facebook permissions and regretted it later, you can adjust the settings directly on Facebook. Look for the Privacy Settings option and then Apps. You can click the Edit link on each app to adjust your privacy settings or click the "x" link to remove the app's permissions from Facebook permanently.
