2) Twelfth Baptist Church in Boston (on Warren Ave in the Roxbury neighborhood)---this church traces its ancestry directly to the First
African Meeting House (a historically very important institution). Twelfth Baptist played an important part in the Underground Railroad. It is also where Martin Luther King, Jr. attended, and gave one of his first sermons when he was a grad student at Boston University.

"Authentic spirituality wants to open us to truth—whatever truth may be, wherever truth may take us."--Parker Palmer
