Audits
According to the Constitution and By-laws of the Wheaton College Student Government Association, all clubs and organizations are audited at least once every two years and are subject to “spot audits” in which the Finance Committee of the Senate may demand a full audit report within as little as 24 hours upon notification.
With the New Link system in place audits are now easier that ever !! Follow these steps:
Step 1 : Keep all your financial transactions and as well as digital copies of your receipts up to date with in this system
Step 2: Finance Committee will send notifications of Audits to clubs and organizations
Step3: Enjoy the fact that audits have been made this simple
Audit process and outcome will be reviewed by the Senate Finance Committee. The audits are examined for their completeness, propriety, level of detail, and organization. Audits are used in the budget allocations process and are kept on permanent record by the SGA. They may also be used in other SGA business.
