Paraiso Latino

Paraíso Latino is Wheaton College’s only latin dance group at Wheaton College, and we are currently in our third year. Our goal is twofold. First we aim to provide a fun, energetic, welcoming atmosphere for our members to learn latin dances in order to increase their skills as well as providing them an opportunity to choreograph and teach their own dance. The other aspect of our mission is to provide the greater college campus community with a way to learn about Latin American culture through our dance performances. We provide one showcase a semester, which includes a performance and a traditional latin meal for our audience.
