Summer Session 2014
Do you plan to take a class during Wheaton's Summer Session? The following information will help you get started.
How do I register for a summer class?
All students must complete the Summer 2014 Registration form.
What are the costs?
|All Students Summer 2014||$2,125 Per credit||$25 registration fee per course, $300 lab fee, $200 technology fee (as applicable)||$350 Per credit|
Please note that Special Tuition rates that apply for the fall and spring semesters are not available during the summer term. This includes: Brown Cross Registration, SACHEM, Norton Resident, Norton High School, Alumnae Audits, and CTY programs.
How do I pay for my summer charges?
Non Wheaton students: Full payment must be made at the time of registration.
Wheaton students: All summer charges must be paid in full by May 15th. Course registration(s) will be cancelled for students who have not paid their summer charges by the deadline.
Payment can be made by the following methods:
- By Check: Submit with your Registration Form (Please make your check payable to Wheaton College)
- Pay on-line by ACH Payment: TMS payment gateway allows you to make your payment from a checking or savings account with no fee.
- By Credit Card: TMS Payment Gateway allows you to make your payment using a credit card. Please note that TMS charges a convenience fee for credit card payments.
What happens if I am unable to complete the course?
The following Tuition Refund policy applies to the 2014 Summer Session only. Please note that the Tuition Refund Plan purchased by Wheaton students through Dewar Insurance Inc. does not provide coverage for summer enrollment.
Tuition and Fees
100% If notice is received prior to the start of the summer term
90% If notice is received during the first two calendar days from the start of the class
50% If notice is received during the third and fourth calendar day from the start of the class
No refund will be given after the fourth calendar day from the start of the class.
In all cases, the registration fee is not refundable.
