Welcome Back!! Spring Student Employment update!
Posted on January 21, 2014
All open positions for the spring 2014 semester are currently posted. If you are interested in applying for one of these positions, you will need to contact the supervisor listed on the job description. The Associate Director for Student Employment does not place students in open positions.
Please understand that spring semester can often be a difficult time to find a job as most departments have already hired their staff for the entire year. Some more positions may become available now since the add/drop period is over and students schedule's have "solidified." Keep checking the website to see if anything additional has been posted. You should also check out Career Connections on the Career Services website (http://wheatoncollege.edu/career-services/). Off-campus jobs in the local community are posted here.
- I-9 form (Employment Eligibility Verification)
- W-4 form (Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate)
- M-4 form (Massachusetts Withholding Allowance Certificate)

The I-9, W-4, M-4, and Direct Deposit forms must be completed in the Office of Student Financial Services. The Request for Work Authorization Form (or WAF as it is known on campus) must be completed with your new supervisor and brought to Student Financial Services once it is complete.
The I-9 form requires that you bring in identifying documents. Please see this link to view the documents you may choose from. Keep in mind that you may only use original, unexpired documents. We cannot accept faxes or photocopies. When bringing in documents, please note that you may select one document from List A or one document from List B AND one document from List C.
