Rhodes Equipment Rental Form
This form is to reserve your items and to coordinate pick up and return times. If requesting Special Equipment (lighting, sound, projector) make sure you've also included this in the "Miscellaneous" section of the Events & Conferences' Event Form.
A minimum of two weeks before your event you must submit this form to reserve any items from SAIL. Weekend rental requests made less than 2 weeks before the event will automatically be denied. In addition, rentals are not guaranteed and are at a first come, first serve basis.
