Job Descriptions
- Arts in Balfour
The Arts in Balfour Intern is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and performing the installations for the Hood Café Gallery. The intern will also plan and produce the weekly artwork for the Balfour-Hood Campus center chalk board. Click here for a detailed job description.
- Audio & Loft
Audio & Loft Interns are responsible for coordinating all set ups and operations of audio/visual equipment as required for programs in the Campus Center and in other areas when needed. Interns may also have the opportunity to book talent to perform in the Campus Center. Click here for a detailed job description.
- Building Manager
Building Managers are responsible for coordinating the operations and services of the Balfour-Hood Campus Center in the absence of, or to supplement the services of, the professional staff. They are also responsible for the security of the Campus Center. Click here for a detailed job description.
- Campus Center Assistant
Campus Center staff is responsible for monitoring the 1962 Game Room and the Lyons Lounge and Conference Room. Staff is also responsible for assisting with questions from students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Click here for a detailed job description.
- Clubs & Activities Assistants
Clubs & Activities Assistants are responsible for connecting to and maintaining relationships with multiple student clubs to serve as a resource. - ELCtrip Assistant
The ELCtrip Transportation Assistant is responsible for planning off campus trips for Wheaton students. They are also responsible for coordinating publicity, funding, and its budget. Click here for a detailed job description.
- Front Office Assistant
Front Office Assistants are responsible for working as a receptionist in a busy office which holds two departments in order to assist students, faculty, parents and staff in a professional, confidential manner. Click here for a detailed job description.
- Intercultural Assistant
The Intercultural Programs Assistant is responsible for connecting to and maintaining relationships with students to serve as a resource and teacher. They are also responsible for coordinating events around the topic of identity. Click here for a detailed job description.

The Safe Zone Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with students as a resource. They are also responsible for coordinating various trainings and events including Ally 101 and Transgender 101. Click here for a detailed job description.
