Our staff is limited in January, so for security purposes, some buildings will not be available for student housing.  The College consolidates students needing to remain on campus over winter break into specific buildings. If you are not living in an open building, but need to remain on campus, you will need to find a host student willing to share his or her room (details below).

** If you know you will need to be on campus in January you may want to take this into consideration during room selection.

Closed Halls

The following buildings will not be open:

• Chapin
• Clark
• Kilham
• Larcom
• McIntire
• Metcalf
• Young

Room Sharing

Students wishing to be on campus, but reside in a closed building will be able to "share" a room with a friend who resides in an open building.  Please download this form.  All individuals who reside in the room must sign the form.  Students who are leaving housing at the end of the semester, cannot "share" their room.

Anyone unable to arrange sharing a room, can request access to a temporary space.  Those spaces will be rooms vacated at the end of the semester.  Availability of those spaces is limited and therefore, not guaranteed.  Please e-mail Ed Burnett to be put on the list.
