Emerson Applications
Emerson Hall is a feminist perspectives Theme House, located directly above Emerson dining hall. There are spots for 27 women, a combination of singles, doubles, and one connecting single. The house usually is made up of sophomores-seniors, on occasion a freshman will be let in during her second semester.
The house is meant to serve as a safe space for women to exist and express their feminist perspectives. We meet monthly as a house to talk about any issues and to plan events / fundraisers. Living in this house is a commitment: residents are expected to attended monthly meetings and serve an active role in the feminist community on campus.
The application for Spring semester openings is available now. Please e-mail to Judith Gil.
