Running an Advisee's CAPP (Degree) Audit
CAPP (Curriculum Advising and Program Planning) is a web-based degree audit/academic advising tool that will help you and your advisee review their academic progress toward the completion of their degree requirements. To run an audit:
Log in to insideWheaton
Click on WINDOW folder, then
Faculty Services folder, then
Advisor Menu folder, then
Curriculum Advising and Program Planning (CAPP)
Select term: (e.g. Fall 2011)
Insert the advisee's ID or Name
Confirm that you have selected the correct student then
Click on Generate New Evaluation (at the bottom of the screen)
This produces the most up-to-date version
Click on Program Button
Select Term: Fall 2011
Click on Generate Request
It will take a few seconds
When you see -- Degree Evaluation Display Options,
Click on Detail Requirements, then
You will see the compliance on the screen.
Using the print button on the top tool bar, select Print.
Special Note: Once you run an Audit, it will be available to you when you log in again. Keep in mind that if transfer/study abroad credit or grade changes are posted to the record AFTER this Audit was run, you should "Generate a New Evaluation" in order to pick up updated information. If you click on "View Existing Evaluation", you may be selecting an out-dated version.
