Attention: Class of 2014

APRIL 2013
Submit your CAPP Audit and the Intent to Graduate Form in person to the Office of the Registrar. It is the confirmation of your intention to graduate. It is also your opportunity to indicate how you would like your name to appear on your diploma and the Commencement Book.

OCTOBER 18
Last day to submit the proposal for a Student-Initiated Connection if currently registered for the last course of the Connection.

****Please be advised that Seniors are no longer able to declare a Student-Initiated Connection in their final semester at Wheaton.

NOVEMBER 8
Last day of registration for Spring 2014. TO BE CLEARED FOR GRADUATION, your spring registration must reflect the completion of all academic requirements.

With the successful completion of coursework in both semesters:

* will you have earned a total of 32 academic credits (31.8 minimum)?
* will you have completed all of your Foundation requirements?
* will you have completed all of your Connections?
* will you have completed all of your Divisional requirements?
* will you have completed all of the requirements of a major with confirmation of the Department Chair?

NOVEMBER 8
Last day to petition the Committee on Academic Standing to withdraw from a class.  If the petition is approved, the course remains on the academic record with a notation of WD.  Course withdrawal requests after this date will only be considered for documented, extenuating, or crisis situations.

DECEMBER 2
Any off-campus courses taken prior to Fall 2013 must be completed and submitted with appropriate approvals to the Office of the Registrar.

DECEMBER 6
Last day to complete Intent to Graduate Form for May 2014.

JANUARY 30, 2014
End of registration change period for Spring 2014. Be attentive to graduation requirements if you make any changes to your schedule.

APRIL 21
Last day to submit Minor Declaration.

MAY 1
Any off-campus courses taken in Spring 2014 must be completed and submitted with appropriate approvals to the Office of the Registrar.

MAY 12
Final grades due from faculty – all requirements must be completed.
