As many as 1 in every 3 college age youths experiences violence in his or her relationship. The following are some warning signs that you may be in an abusive relationship:
Does your partner humiliate you?
Does your partner call you names or put you down?
Has your partner ever hit, slapped or pushed you?
Has your partner ever thrown things or hit walls during an argument?
Does your partner tell you that it is your fault or that they will hurt you?
Does your partner pressure or try to force you to have sex?
Are you afraid of your partner or feel that you are walking on pins and needles to keep them from getting angry with you?
