Color Copies / Printing

• How do I submit a print request?
  Complete the Online Print Request form found here and on the Office and Campus Mail Services webpage, attach your document and submit.
• What is the cost of color prints?
  Color prints are $.50/copy or $.25/copy for 100 or more.
• Can I pay with a credit/debit card?
  No. We are not set up to accept credit/debit cards. You must pay with cash or a check made payable to Wheaton College.

MFP's

• How do I place a service call for my MFP?
  Complete the MFP Issue Reporting form found here and on the Office and Campus Mail Services webpage and submit.
• How do I order paper for my MFP?
  Complete the online Paper Order Request form found here and on the Office and Campus Mail Services webpage.
• How do I order toner for my MFP?
  Complete the MFP Issue Reporting form found here and on the Office and Campus Mail Services webpage.
• How do I order staples for my MFP?
  Complete the MFP Issue Reporting form found here and on the Office and Campus Mail Services webpage.
• Can I print transparencies on the MFP's?
  Yes. You must use photocopier quality transparencies only. You must load transparencies in by-pass tray on the side of the MFP. Do not load transparencies into paper drawers.

  Complete the Online Paper Order Request form found here and on the Office and Campus Mail Services webpage.
• What types of Wheaton specialty items are available?
