Before May 9th and prior to leaving campus for the summer

Details:
BEFORE May 9th and prior to leaving campus for the summer all students must complete a forwarding address card at the Campus Mail service window, clean out your mailbox, and pick up all packages.
During the summer we will forward USPS First Class Mail and packages to your permanent home address if you complete the forwarding address card. If we do not have your information we cannot forward your mail and it will be handled accordingly.
Any students staying on campus during the summer must notify the Campus Mail Services.
Note: UPS, FedEx and DHL do not offer forwarding service and require being sent back to the original sender. If you know that you have received a package to your Wheaton address please contact our office at (508) 286-3824 to discuss your options.

Graduating Students must complete a forwarding address card prior to May 14th. If we do not have your information we cannot forward your mail and it will be handled accordingly. All USPS First Class Mail is forwarded for one year after graduation. Magazines and newspapers can be forwarded for 60 days. You must notify the magazine publisher of your new address in order to keep receiving your subscription. Please remember to delete your Wheaton address from all online ordering sites i.e. Amazon.
