Town Hall meeting to feature gubernatorial candidate

Massachusetts Democratic gubernatorial candidate Deval Patrick will visit Wheaton on April 3 to speak with students and local residents in a town-hall setting. The event is set for 7:30 p.m. in Weber Theatre.
Patrick was the assistant attorney general for civil rights, the nation's top civil rights post, in President Bill Clinton's Justice Department. Prior to announcing his candidacy for governor, he served as a lawyer and executive at Coca-Cola and Texaco and practiced law in Massachusetts.
The appearance is open to the public.
