CLEVELAND, OH--Wheaton College finished the 2005 fall season tied for 50th in the NCAA Division III United States Sports Academy Directors' Cup standings. Following last year's 41st-place standing, Wheaton was tied for eighth among New England institutions through the final rankings of this fall's competition.

Wheaton's DuBourg Book of Hours, a 15th-century illuminated manuscript, will be on display in Boston through June 4.

Adar Cohen '04, whose academic and professional life has been dedicated to the cause of nonviolent resolution of conflict worldwide, was one of 12 students nationwide selected to receive a 2006 George J. Mitchell Scholarship for graduate study in Ireland.
