Summer camp season in full swing at Wheaton

While it may feel quieter in Norton without Wheaton's college students in town, campus is bustling with a full program of summer camps and conferences. For more information about participating in any of Wheaton's summer camps, please contact the Office of Events and Conferences at 508-286-3789.
July 2004
Dave Cowens Basketball School: a camp run by former Celtic Dave Cowens, for boys and girls ages 10-17. The camp is here for four five-day sessions. - July 4-30
Future Soccer Stars Academy: a day camp run by Wheaton head women's soccer coach Luis Reis for boys and girls ages 6 and 7 as a half-day camp, ages 8-15 as a 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. camp, and goalkeeper training for ages 10-15. It will feature technical and tactical training with coaches who have a passion for the game. - July 5-9, 12-16, and 19-23
Loudenburg Softball Camp: designed for grades 6-12 and run by Wheaton Softball Coach Gina Loudenburg. This camp will include skills, drills, and games at night. - July 11-15
August 2004
Sarah Behn Basketball Camp: an overnight camp with commuter option for girls 9-17, run by Sarah Behn. This camp is geared to instill confidence in young girls by teaching basketball fundamentals, which in turn will raise their individual level of play and make the game more fun to play. - August 1-6
Southeast Mass Volleyball Camp: directed by Wheaton Coach Liz Rey and designed for girls grades 6-12 at all levels, from beginner to advanced.
