The Great Woods Chamber Orchestra opens its first season next month inaugural season under the baton of its conductor, Earl Raney. This auspicious debut concert combines elegant Baroque, classical and twentieth century favorites with a dash of Boston Pops-style holiday merriment.

With the hiring of a new molecular biologist and the establishment of a state-of-the-art molecular biology lab, Wheaton students now have increased opportunity for cutting-edge research and learning in the areas of molecular biology, biotechnology and genetics.
