Give 'Em a Try!

Posted on February 21, 2017

At the Wallace Library, we are constantly on the look out for new and exciting databases, information sources and tools that might be useful for the Wheaton community. When we find something that might be good, we often negotiate with the provider for a trial so that you can try it out and give us their feedback. We currently have trials for two different resources:

browzineLogoBrowZine allows you to browse scholarly journals from the library's collection and open sources via your phone, tablet or the web.

Social Explorer is a tool that allows you to access and analyze historical census and demographic data.

For more information on both of these tools and to give us your feedback, see our Database Trials subject guide.

Want to suggest a new resource or tool that you think the library should investigate? Contact Lauren Slingluff or your liaison librarian and let us know!
