Women and Gender Programming

Staff at the Marshall Center frequently partner with faculty, administrative offices, and student clubs and organizations to coordinate inclusive women and gender programming initiatives grounded in a global context.

Kelsey Andrade of the Marshall Center offers a weekly program : Between the Lines is a dialogue-based program that meets weekly for one hour, and stresses a cooperative, non-judgmental learning environment tackling controversial issues--the  goal is to find common ground between many differing experiences. Each week, we'll explore issues with different styles of activities and discussions. Between the Lines typically features two sections per semester--topics have focused on race and ethnicity, class, gender, religion, spirituality, or sexual orientation.  Each dialogue will be capped at 15 participants, and students of any and all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
