Andrew Lounder '05 says that he learned a great deal from his Wheaton experience. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in Higher Education at the University of Maryland, College Park, and engaged with a National Science Foundation research and practice team seeking to increase the number of women faculty in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields up and down the career ladder.
