Wheaton Founders Society
What Will Your Legacy Be?
It’s easy to become a member of the Wheaton Founders Society! By telling the college that you have Wheaton in your will or estate plan, or by establishing a life-income gift with the college, you help ensure that Eliza Baylies Wheaton’s vision endures. To explore some of the many ways to leave a legacy at Wheaton, click here.
Eliza is one of Wheaton’s original founders and its first benefactor; her desire to support the college into the future inspired the name of the society. Modern members share her spirit, thereby providing a solid foundation for Wheaton College to continue to offer excellence in liberal arts education far into the future.
We welcome new members of Founders Society, no matter the size of the gift. Membership benefits include a thank you and acknowledgment from the president, a special blue ribbon attached to nametags at events on and off campus, and an invitation to the annual Donor Recognition Reception during Commencement - Reunion weekend. Names may be published from time to time, although requests for anonymity are honored.
Have you already included Wheaton in your estate plan, but just haven’t told us? You can become a member of Founders Society by simply completing the Confidential Estate Intention Form and mailing it in.
If you are already a member of the Wheaton Founders Society, we want to say thank you, again, because your legacy gifts make a real difference to our students.
