Dorothy Carver majored in French and went on to earn a masters degree in special education. Her presentation will include an overview of special education law, types of disabilities, and available services. She will also discuss her personal journey and how she came to work with children with special needs.  This event is being sponsored by the Wheaton College Education Club.
