The number one way people find employment is through networking. We want to connect you with your Wheaton network. Whether you are looking to enter or advance in your career field, change career direction or are re-entering the workplace after an absence, this can be a challenging time. This website is intended to provide you with a multitude of resources: job search databases, alumnae/i connections, employment and unemployment information and career coaches for more customized assistance.

Select the Career Consultant who best fits your needs and contact her directly.  You will be provided with a free consultation to determine your needs.This is a new Wheaton resource and it is important to us that you find it useful. So please let us know your opinion. You can also search for jobs and connect with fellow alums through our new CareerConnections. Using your e-mail address and a password of your choice, you can create an account in minutes.

If you would like to connect with current students, sign on to be a Career Services Volunteer. Volunteering for Career Services provides you an opportunity to engage with and learn more about current students.

Opportunities to volunteer include:

  • Providing informational interviews for current students and recent graduates
  • Speaking at a Major Connections panel
  • Listing internships or summer jobs
  • Posting entry-level positions for new grads
  • Participating in professional development programs on campus

In addition to providing informational interviews, you could provide an experiential learning opportunity such as an internship. Don’t forget to look to Wheaton to fill your organization’s full-time hiring needs – post open positions on our job database!
