Men's Tennis (0-1) Sends Three to ITA Regional Tournament, Oliver Notches Victory
The Wheaton College men's tennis team sent three players to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Regional Tournament on Friday at Williams College, with freshman Neall Oliver (Portland, ME/Deering) turning in the most successful showing. In singles action, Oliver downed a Salem State College foe, 6-7, 6-3, 10-6 during the opening round before falling to the seventh seed in the tournament in the second round. Junior James Little (Mount Desert, ME/Mount Desert Island) and sophomore Gregory Poulin (Boxboro, MA/Home Schooled) teamed for a first-round doubles loss.
