Charged with coaching the goalkeepers at Wheaton, Dolan returns to the Norton campus with 14 years of experience coaching competitive soccer, including as head coach of the U18 Rhode Island Rays United Soccer Club girls' team from 2002-07 and a recent stint with Oliver Ames High School in North Easton. Dolan also had coaching positions at the scholastic level, including being at the helm of two state tournament teams with Norton High School from 1999-2000 and three state tournament squads with Mansfield High School from 1995-97. While at Oliver Ames in 1998, 1999 and 2007, he served as the goalkeeper coach, helping the team win a state title each season.
Dolan attended Massasoit as a student-athlete in 1992, playing for a soccer program that finished third in the nation and first in the region. He earned an Associate of Science degree from Massasoit in spring 2008 and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in education from Northeastern University.
