Wheaton College Athletics Broadcasts
In fall 2007, the Wheaton College Department of Athletics announced a partnership with Norton Community Television and student-run campus radio station WCCS-FM 96.5 to broadcast a number of the school's athletic events over the course of the academic year.
Norton TV and WCCS broadcasts will be on a tape-delay basis and made available for free on the Wheaton College Athletics Web site and at the Norton Community Television Web site at www.nortontv.org/wheaton.html. In addition, rebroadcasts of the events can be seen on Channel 98 on Comcast cable throughout the town of Norton.
The audio portion of the broadcasts will be led by WCCS Sports Director Matt Noonan '10, who will assign or provide play-by-play and color commentary for each event. Norton TV coordinator Greg Moberg is slated to supply the video for each telecast. (Complete Release)
