Profile

Sarah Booker, a former two-year all-conference selection at Division I University of Vermont, returns to the staff as an assistant during her second year coaching at the college level.

As a player for Vermont, Booker excelled both on and off the field. A Dean's List honoree and a two-time America East Academic Honor Roll qualifier, Booker was named to the all-league team as both a junior and senior, in 2003 and 2004. The defender was a two-year captain while recording 42 goals and 19 assists during her 58-game career, leading the team at least once in each ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers. Booker earned a spot on the America East All-Championship team in 2002.

Prior to attending Vermont, Booker was an assistant coach of the Buckingham Browne & Nichols middle school girls' lacrosse team in 2000 in Cambridge. She also served on the administrative team at Camp Aloha Hive in Fairlee, Vermont, between the summers of 1999 and 2006, when Booker worked with girls aged 7-12.

Booker graduated from Vermont in February 2005 with a degree in environmental sciences.
