Lisa-Marie Arnone Barker '89, Director of Communications, Wheaton College Alumnae/i Association and Alumnae/i Board of Directors.

Lisa-Marie works as senior director of interactive marketing and web channel strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Previously, she has held senior level marketing and interactive positions in enterprise software, consumer, energy/utilities, government and telecommunications markets.  She has a master’s degree in business administration from Suffolk University and has taken additional leadership courses at Babson College, The Washington Campus and Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. She is a member of a number of industry technology groups and online health care marketing organizations. She also volunteers a significant amount of time to her local community farm and 4-H club, church and sports organizations, and The Carroll School in Lincoln, MA.  As a volunteer for Wheaton, she is serving as class webmaster.  She is looking forward to serving in the newly created board role of Director of Communications at Large and helping to advance the use of various channels to strengthen communications among board members as well as communications from the board to the greater Wheaton alum community. She recently attended ALC/Homecoming in 2010 and a Senior Alumnae/i Networking Reception in early 2011.  She lives in Easton, MA with her husband and son.  Lisa-Marie enjoys music, travel, cooking, reading, gardening, biking, and kayaking with their little Maltese, Wiggles.
