This is your place to learn about Wheaton students as potential employees and to post job and internship opportunities.
Alums, we welcome all opportunities to partner with you: post-grad positions, internships, summer jobs, etc. Please refer to the Alumnae/i page for more ways to be involved with Wheaton students.
Identify prospective employees for full-time work, internships, and summer jobs.
1. Summer jobs and Norton-area part-time jobs can be posted directly on our student-accessible database, eRecruiting. This system allows you to enter jobs, review students' resumes, and schedule interviews online. To post jobs, create an account, or login to your existing account.
2. An internship is an on-site work experience that is either directly related to a student's field of study or career interest.
Internships offer employers an effective way to locate and train motivated students to fill immediate needs, staff special or short-term projects and hire qualified individuals at a relatively low cost without the long-term commitment. Post internships on eRecruiting.
3. Post-graduate full-time jobs can be listed directly on our student-accessible database. For positions beyond entry-level, please go to our Alumnae/i Career Center.
4. On-Campus Information Sessions sessions can be scheduled anytime during the year. Reserve a classroom or an information table for an informal, yet productive, way to education students about your organization. If you have questions, contact me at gavigan_lisa@wheatonma.edu or call 508-286-3799.
5. On-Campus Interviews are a great follow-up to an information session. 
We will be happy to schedule your visit to campus and will accommodate requests for either an open schedule or one that will allow you to screen resumes in advance.
