# Quantitative Analysis (QA)

All students must complete **one course **that emphasizes quantitative analysis. Courses with the QA designation include courses in mathematics, computer science, and logic, as well as statistical methods courses in various departments. Before making a selection, consider your area of interest and review the following information about requirements and recommendations.

**Majors in Computer Science**

Students intending to major in computer science should select Computer Science 115: Robots, Games, and Problem Solving, which satisfies the QA requirement. *Questions? *Contact Professor Mark Leblanc (leblanc_mark@wheatoncollege.edu).

**Majors in Mathematics or Physics**

Students intending to major in mathematics or physics should plan to enroll in the appropriate level of calculus for the first semester. Carefully review the following placement recommendations for calculus before making a selection. *Questions? *Contact Professor Bloch (bbloch@wheatoncollege.edu).
